Halletts Point is a new waterfront community rising in Astoria, Queens developed by the Durst Organization. I designed the brand identity and provided art direction on a suite of new renderings.
The logo was inspired by the bridges and ferry adjacent to the building, with the rich blue brand color representing the East River. To capture the spirit of the location and introduce the neighborhood to prospective renters, I led the art direction of a comprehensive photoshoot capturing key points of interest and transportation options.
